Writing a cookbook that shared her love for “amazing pies” was something Jenell Parsons had always wanted to do.
And this year seemed like a pretty good time to do it.
“Spending the past nine years building my brand, opening multiple pie shops and starting to teach pie classes, it felt like the perfect time to share the recipes I have perfected over the years,” Parsons says. “Plus, when your dream publisher wants to work with you, it’s a no-brainer.”
